Samsung’s Ativ series

The Samsung has come up with a new line up, it is a new series of tablets that is yet to be launched by the Samsung. It is the Ativ series tablets. Presently we know that there are two models in the Ativ series. One is the Ativ Q and the other one is the Ativ Tab 3.

Info says that the Ativ Q is running of the latest versions of windows for pc. The Ativ Q is a convertible tablet and gets transformed to a laptop whenever we want it to. Sources also reveal that this tablet running on the windows 8 operating system can also run apps of the android (up to the Jelly Bean version). You can get all the android apps on the Google play. You get to experience both the operating system on the same device. This is really amazing, waiting for the chance to get my hands on this device. The tablet is of 13.3 inches to be precise and has a pixel density of 275 ppi. It is processed using the Intel Core i5 processors with support from the 4GB DDR3 RAM and graphics accelerated by the Intel HD Graphics 4400. It has two usb ports (3.0 and 2.0), one HDMI port and a micro SD card slot.

The Ativ Tab 3, is said to be the world’s thinnest tablet. It is also running on the windows 8 operating system. It measures about 8.2mm in thickness. It has 10.1 inch screen that gives a screen resolution of about 1366 x 768 that is HD in other words. The tablet has an Intel Atom processor and a 2GB DDR2 RAM. There is an internal storage of 64 GB and also can be extended using the micro SD card slot. The tablet is likely to have a stylus just like the Samsung Note 8.0.
